I will never recommend Karen Reyes at all!! She never informed us about taking off our house on the market after We accepted her friend/client.. We did a backup plan” means I can still show my house ! But that didn’t happened bcoz my house was not on the market!!!! Closing day I asked her why she took off our house on the market while we the house is still contingent?? Karen said oh bcoz you don’t want the sign in front of your house!!!! Really Karen!!! For sale house sign got nothing to do with it! People will look online Reator, Zillow etc!! People won’t see what is on mls either !! After closing our house the next day I saw online Realtor. com my house saying Pending!!!!!! I texted her saying What is the point?!!! Plus my house Sold already!!!! I will never recommend Karen Reyes!!! Covid 19 rules for showing houses she’s one of the people not care about the covid rules..

Karen Reyes went above and beyond in assisting us in selling our home. We live 500 miles away and were concerned about the number of trips that would be necessary during the sale of a house that we had previously used as rental income. It was necessary to have the carpet removed/replaced, sheetrock patched, spot painting, professional cleaning, air conditioner maintenance, lawn maintenance and several other tasks. Karen contracted all services, gave them entrance to the property as needed and handled payments. All of these were accomplished in approximately two weeks. Completed prior to signing a sales contract with Karen. Property on the market for less than 3 weeks and received a cash offer, closing in 3 weeks went extremely smooth.

Karen was very helpful and knowledgeable. We moved from the east coast of Virginia and she maintained contact with us by phone and emails. While we were in town she met with us and drove us around to many locations to view the homes on the market. It was a pleasure to work with Karen; she was never pushy and always patient and responsive to our questions and concerns. We love our unexpected closing gifts; the cutting board and recipe book are great. The donuts were a fun and Yummy surprise also!
